Is this card the best for my System?

I have a:

Intel D945GCR motherboard

Intel Core 2 Duo processor (2.20Ghz)

2GB Ram

nvdia Geforce 8600GT



Is the EVGA nVidia geforce gt440 1GB the best card for my system and what is the difference if its EVGA or ZOTAC or whatever?|||yes it a good card but not the best save a little more and then go for zotac or evga gts 450 it even overtakes hd 5770 in most of the test and games :D
