Which one to buy gt440 ddr5 or gt240 ddr5?

can anyone tell me which one is better for my pc & which one gives better performance my pc requirment

processor..............core2duo 2.0ghz

ram.................2gb ddr2

psu...................intex 450w it 18A in 12v is it good or not

motherboard...............mercury pi945gcm

HELP................PLZ|||The GT440 is more power over the GT240|||440 is better although with a system still on core2 duo's, ddr2 and an intel psu save your money and buy a new pc later.|||I suggest u to get the HD 6670 1GB

for the same price. Its much better

than any of these cards listed here.|||go for gt440
