Whats the difference between the GT440 1GB DDR5 and GT440 1GB DDR3 graphics card?

i know its different kind of ram but is one better then the other one?|||GDDR5 is better- the memory just runs at a higher speed which makes the card faster.



It's just like going from DDR3-800 to DDR3-1333: faster memory gives better performance.
